The HRDA's Management
The HRDA is governed by a tripartite Board of Directors of 13 members, comprising government, employer and trade union representatives. In specific, five members represent the government and the other eight represent the employer and trade union organisations. The HRDA reports to the Government through the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance.

| Purpose | Handling investment matters and ensuring the diversification of the HRDA Fund’s surpluses, the funds available for the purposes of the Pension and Grants Scheme for HRDA employees, as well as the funds available for the payment of gratuities to contract employees of the HRDA. |

| Purpose | The purpose of the Committee is to assist the Board of Directors in overseeing the quality, adequacy, and effectiveness of the internal control and risk management systems, in monitoring the HRDA's compliance with its legal and regulatory framework, and to provide the Board with advice and guidance regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the practices followed by the Directorate. Through its supervisory role, it supports the Board’s efforts in promoting good governance, ensuring transparency in the HRDA’s activities, and fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities. |

Committee for the construction of the new HRDA building

| Purpose | Handling of issues arising from the initial to the final stage of the execution of the project of the construction of the new HRDA building. The Committee will monitor the progress of the work at all stages of the design and execution of the project and will cooperate with the contractors of the relevant contracts. |
