In accordance with the provisions of the Framework for the Operation of the Competent Bodies of the HRDA, which requires that a decision of the Competent Body be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval, the Board of Directors, having examined the minutes of the Competent Body, approved its decisions and gave its consent to the award of the Contract to the Tenderer indicated in the Minutes of that meeting.
