Tender for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the purchase of services for the implementation of Training Programmes in the framework of the project “Training Programmes for Digital Skills Acquisition” - Tender Number 4/2022

In accordance with the provisions of the Framework for the Operation of the Competent Bodies of the HRDA, which stipulates that for contracts for supplies, works and services with an estimated value (excluding VAT) of 214,001 and above (this limit may be revised in accordance with the procedure provided for by Law), the competent body for the award of the contract is the Board of Directors of the HRDA, and having considered the Report of the Service Evaluation Advisory Committee (YSEA), the Board concurred with its decisions and gave its consent to enter into a Framework Agreement with the tenderers listed in the minutes of that meeting.
