The HRDA consists of four (4) Directorates, headed by the General Director of the Authority.
The main responsibilities of the Research and Planning Directorate include conducting research and studies covering a wide range of issues concerning human resources development, formulating the strategy and planning the activities of the HRDA, in line with the findings of its studies.
The Training Directorate promotes and manages issues related to the design, implementation, and evaluation of training activities offered by the Authority to meet the needs of the economy, businesses, and the local workforce.
In addition to administrative support, the Administration and Personnel Directorate promotes and handles issues such as personnel management, labour relations, legal issues, public and international relations, etc.
Finally, the Financial Services Directorate promotes and handles the financial and accounting issues of the Authority, as well as financial control, preparation of the annual budget, the collection and disbursement of funds as necessary, investments, etc.
The Authority has around 100 employees.
